Team Leader Post No. - T.L / A1 Qualification & Experience MBA, MCA ,BBA from Reputed University OR 4 Yrs experience as a Marketing Executive at INDIA INSIDE ADS SALARY* : Rs. 32000 per month. INCENTIVE* : Rs. 8000 per month. No other incentive other than this at any circumstances. Incentive includes All Office Expenses, Transportation , Mobile Bill, Broadband Internet Bill . *Terms & Conditions (1) Period of appointment 6 Months (Renewable according to past performance). (2) Probation Period - First 2 Years. (3) Salary & Incentive only after achieving sales target.(4) Team means a maximum of 8 members DSA (Trainee), DSA, Marketing Executive. (5) Monthly Target a min. of Rs. 6 lakh only. (6) During probation period if target is no achieved than 10% commission will be paid. (7) Rs. 30000 per year will be deducted for Call Center/ Customer Care work.
